So I have been in self care mode since I left work yesterday, last night I took my hair down and did my steps I need for my hair care while watching Shrek.
My week has been somewhat stressful with clients & deadlines that I knew by Wednesday what my weekend would be like self care and
My self care today was treating myself to spa, picking up a few books, and back home to Netflix it for a while. Each day as women we deal with so much in this world on daily basis that yes we do need to check out and just be carefree with no worries, and that is exactly what I have been doing today, swiping away of course swiping on a budget, lol.
My evening plans for the rest of the evening meditation, work on bbq sauce recipe I came across, wine and start reading.

*Homegoing by Yaa Gyasi
*Here Comes the Sun by Nicole Dennis-Benn
It is a must to have self care day or even a week if needed. You can’t move forward, or attempt to help others if you are on E mentally and physically.
